After Summer Comes Autumn

Got bored, and I finally watched "500 Days of Summer"! And one thing to say about this movie is that it is super awesome! It is stupendous! Though there are some "disgusting" parts if you know what I'm talking about. Overall, the movie is super duper amazing!

This movie is about a young woman named Summer (Zooey Deschanel) and a guy named Tom (Joseph Gordon-Levitt). Summer never believed that true love exists, until Tom fell for her. They eventually went out for some time. Unfortunately, Summer only considered Tom as a "friend". However, "friend" in their case was more like a "friends with benefits" type of thing. They remained their status as "Friends" though. Tom was a bit devastated with this reality. As time passed by, Tom found out that Summer was engaged which made him more depressed. His life was a total mess without Summer. Afterwards, he finally gotten over her and started his brand new life on focusing his dream on becoming an architect. During a job interview, he then met an interesting woman named Autumn. :3

The summary above was not that detailed, and might miss some aspects of the whole movie. But basically it covers almost the whole plot. Anyway, you, movie lovers who have not watched this movie should definitely check this one out or even better list it down on your movie list. This movie was released in 2009. So it is obviously available in any movie stores and even better, it's on the net!

Uniprep First Semester Week

I should have posted this sooner, but I was busy posting posts about my days out with my friends. So here this goes.

Test week was harsh. period. That's it. I have no idea how my GPA will turn out to be. I hope I did good though or else I might not be accepted to a good university. Fingers crossed!

Anyway, moving on, I am in love with these cookies! I forgot what these are called but they taste amazing!!!!
yummy!
Oh yeah, on the night before the chemistry test, I made a mnemonic of reactivity series. It's in Indonesian language though because I couldn't think of any in English.

mnemonic reactivity series
Anyway, I was addicted to the radio! I have no idea why!!! Plus I'm addicted to this song by Javier Colon, the winner of the Voice and Ass back home by Gym Class Heroes ft Neon Hitch

LOL. I'm getting off topic.

What to Expect When You're Expecting (21.07.12)

Today is Saturday and I got to wake up late. But I only slept in until 9:30 because I had to pee. And also I remembered I had to meet up with a Dennise as she said she was going to pick me up around noon. She didn't specify the time and so I should prepare myself earlier before she arrived. Therefore, I quickly took a shower and ate breakfast and changed apparel and waited for Dennise. Apparently, she was late. Consequently, I went to the mall with my sisters and my dad (they were going to watch Batman) and decided to meet her there instead.

On the way to Grand Indonesia, the road was not at all congested. In fact, there was no traffic jam. This was a rare occasion for a city like Jakarta to be traffic-free.Unfortunately, at Blitzmegaplex (Grand Indonesia), there was a really long queue at the ticket counter! And I bet these people were there to watch Batman, The Dark Knight Rises! LOL. I've watched it yesterday people! HAHA. In your face! (I'm so sorry, I'm becoming so nyolot <annoying>, okay, I better stop).

the long queue! my sis said it got worst in the evening
So, after my dad and my sisters had gotten their tickets, I went to Gramedia to wait for Dennise to call me back when she had reached Plaza Indonesia. Gramedia again was crowded with people. And they were actually renovating for a third floor and so all the books for two floors were packed into one! Could you imagine how hot the bookstore had become! I was sweating like a pig when I got into the comic section. On the bright side, there was actually a cool area at the novel area. So I stayed there until Dennise called and I made my move to go to Plaza Indonesia.

Goddess Girls Novels (I read the first one but then I got bored)

Outside the mall was even hotter. The sun was scorching as if it was grilling the people who were walking on the streets. But by the time I entered the mall, I could just feel the contraction of my skin, in a good way though, due to the AC. Not to mention, PI was less crowded compared to GI. Then I met up with Dennise outside XXI. It seemed that she had purchased the tickets too. I also met with a few Universal School National Students, one of them is my former coaching friend.

There was 2 hours left before the movie started. To speed up time, Dennise and I went around the mall, window shopping. We stopped by at Zara, Bershka and Stradivarius. There are sales everywhere. Dennise was excited that there was a sale at Zara. Then from PI, we went to GI as Dennise wanted to buy a Damn I love Indonesia T-shirt. With no luck on our side, it seemed that the store that sell these shirts was closed and has moved to PIM (Pondok Indah Mall). Afterwards, we looked around again at Zara (GI) and went back to PI.

On our way back to PI, we bought a cotton candy for 10k.

no idea why I photoed that baby trolley

cotton candy!

voila!
Then we were off to see the movie What to Expect When You're Expecting. Firstly, I thought this movie was going to blow me in such a horrid way with disgusting humors and stuffs. But I was wrong. This movie was so unexpected! The story was pretty good. There were less dirty humors too! Chase Crawford and Anna Hendrick made such a cute couple!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Freaking out!!!!!!!!!! aaa

what to expect when you're expecting
Oh yeah before entering XXI, we bought some bubble drinks from the new shop called Mycha. I ordered My Cha milk tea with pudding as the toppping, while Dennise ordered Grapefruit green tea with black pearls as the topping. We brought in forbidden food to XXI. And we luckily got in without inspection and confiscation. Also, we bought a large bucket of mixed popcorn.

snacks

took photo of Dennise
After the movie ended, I saw Sammy from Stand up Comedy ! He was giving a seminar lecture perhaps. He is incredibly funny!

From there on, we went back to Zara, and Dennise bought the tops she desired. Then we went home. In the car, I talked about the Avengers with Darren. I could not believe that he actually read the comics while I read the Avengers from wikipedia! lol. Dennise and I also took photos together with her iphone.

All in all, today was a very hot day with lots of awesome yet tiring day!

The Dark Knight Rises (20.07.2012)

Long time no blogging! I was having my first semester examination and had no chance to blog anything. Today is the last day of the test week. I was having Physics test today which was incredibly difficult. I have no idea what grade I'll obtain. Anyway, after school, I went to meet up with Clarein at PI. We were going to watch Batman's last trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises.

It took me about 10-15 minutes to arrive at PI by bus. So I waited in the lobby for Clarein. The lobby was decorated in accordance to the Ramadhan month.

I was really bored, so I took the pictures above while waiting for Clarein. Then after a while she came. Then we directly headed to eat. We went to the Rice Bowl. We talked a lot about school and stuffs. LOL.

Oh yeah, I gave Clarein her birthday present too and she opened the gift right after we had finished eating.

Before leaving the restaurant, we took some photos. It was really hard taking pictures while posing and holding the camera at the same time.

From Rice Bowl we headed to NYX. Clarein was trying to find a suitable eyeliner for herself. While she was searching, I saw this makeup palate of Dark Shadows!!! So cool!

bold and bright color nail polish

i got bored again
Then we went to eat some refreshment. We stopped at A&W and bought ourselves a chocolate sundae. We chatted a while.
chocolate sundae
Afterwards, we rushed to XXI. And there was a really long queue! I was afraid I might not be able to get a seat ! Fortunately, there was my aking there! So I slipped in line and queued by her side which was much fronter than where I was at the first place. We got ourselves a seat in the frontest row! But that's okay!
Unfortunately, I could not get a seats for my coaching teacher and her wife which sucks a lot.

Then after buying the tickets, we still got some time to spare and so we got a froyo at J.co.
TOPPINGS: peach, melon mochi, almond
From Jco, we went to aksara, guess what I found on display, Batman COMIC books!!!
batman comics!
At 1, we went back to xxi, and on our way there we saw Indonesia traditional food sold on gerobak in the mall! The food there was literally expensive. Most of the food like: rujak, toge goreng, tahu gejrot, and many more ranges from Rp15k-20k. People could just bought these stuffs from the street merchant.

At xxi, we bought popcorn and went inside the studio!

Oh yeah, before that we went to the toilet and took some photos too.

Inside the studio, we took photos again before the movie started.

I look so weird here
awerawer

The movie is awesommemememmemememe. The movie is about 2.5 hours and it was not at all boring! I LOVE IT SO SO SO MUCH! I'm not going to spoil anything so this means you guys should watch it for yourself! Have I mentioned that after the movie was over, all the audience applauded! how awesome is that!

Anyway, after the movie ended, Clarein and I, the busway buddies reunited at last and went to the bus stop together. I'm exaggerating am I? by the by, today I had the shortest trip home that only too 25 minutes ! usually, I took an hour to reach home! but today! ONLY 25 minutes!

Wii Birthday Part 2

This post is a continuation of the previous "Wii Birthday" post. As you can see, the video below was made by us. A compilation of photos and sayings from The Hebo-ers, specially made for Willdy!

Ice Age 4

Today is Friday the 13th, be spooked people! Nah, I'm kidding. It's only a date, pfft. Anyway, today, I had my computer practical exam. It was not bad. The teacher gave hints too. Although there was an hour delay of the exam which sucks a lot. Apparently, my teacher had a flat tire on his way to school. That explained the situation of the delay.

The exam only lasted for an hour and then I was off to PI after teaching my friend binary and decimal conversion although most of the explanation were explained by my other friend. I only lended them a pen. --". I was running a bit late because I was going to meet my sisters and Ci Lisda there.

Rushing, I walked as fast as I could to the bus stop. It took me a while to get a bus.

Arriving at PI, I walked as slowly as possible as my sisters have not reached the destination yet. People were looking at my slow quirky walk, but who cares, I was trying to kill sometime okay! Eventually, they arrived just in time I entered EX XXI. It was a great coincidence.

The movie for today would be Ice Age 4, Continental Drift. The movie was hilarious! There are famous celebrities too like: Jeniffer Lopez, Josh Peck, Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer, Niki Minaj! Yep, Minaj was there! In fact, she played as one of the mammoth teenagers. Sorry, I should have mentioned "Spoiler Alert" right at the beginning of this paragraph. You all should definitely check this epic movie out!

Ice Age 4 started at 12:30pm, and I was starving, I waited for half an hour eating popcorn while chatting with Ci Lisda and Ci Michelle and Vivi and Helen. (should have used commas instead of "and", oh well).

After the movie, went to grab bubble drinks at Addictea, I was really full after eating lots of popcorn at the cinema. Full in this case means sick of sweet things. The term "enek" in Indonesia is a perfect word to describe my queasy feeling back then. I needed something salty. So only Helen and Ci Lisda bought addictea, although I took a few sips of their bubble drinks as well. LOL. I was thirsty, okay. haha.

Afterwards, we went to Grand Indonesia to sushi groove. Well before that, we actually decided to eat at Yoshinoya, but then I saw Dennis C's family eating there, so there was a change of plans. Directly headed to Sushi Groove to taste the awesome bimbimbap. :)

We took some shots there too.

cute menu book huh

shopping wonderland is still ongoing
Then after we feasted, we went to gramedia. Man I was really full. I could not even walk properly. Oh yeah, gramedia at GI is under renovation for a third floor. Gramedia was really hot, full of books, full of people reading too. Anyway, we went to the comic corner, comics are getting more and more expensive. Not to mention, the drawings these days are less attractive compared to the ones back before the price has inflated highly.

We also passed the novel area, saw these interesting novels:

chocolatos mamamia lezatos

Butchie--> the guy role in a lesbian relationship
On the first floor of Gramedia, there was a sale! A discount! urgh.. Just look at these books there are on sale.
Ive bought that Fantastic Cosmetic w/o any discount

Love sign! Never thought it would be on discount

"Why do attractive girls date lame guys?"

piles of books

half price of Bieber Book too.

It took us a very long time to wait for a taxi! Half an hour was wasted for searching a taxi. In the end, we got into a taxi which was really in a bad condition. Literally! The lock doesn't work, the hargo machine doesn't run either.

indonesian versions.
Bought these 2 books in the end. Really disappointed that I didn't realize that the Spiderwick Chronicles are in Indonesian language.
