Kiss the sun at night (Last Outing with Ci Lily in SYD)

Hanging out with Ci Lily for the last time in Sydney before she leaves for Indonesia this Sunday. I can't believe time is not on my side anymore and went by swiftly according to its will, fast forwarding till the part where we soon have to depart with another sister in GFI again. I know I am being mellow dramatic with the whole exaggeration choice of words.

That day we were planning to have lunch at my favorite Thai restaurant in Maroubra, DoyTung. But because of its inconsistent opening hours, we chose Na Bangkok instead.

The shrimp salad- idk what it is originally called

tomyum fried rice

pandan bread! super good

Then we set forth to Circular Quay planning to join the Game of Thrones queue at MCA. But then again we were never that keen because none of us follow the TV series and we were a bit reluctant to waste our time and energy lining up. Instead, we went around The Rocks.

super asian here with the gangster peace sign and squinted eyes.

this restaurant was actually a ship sail remnants? idk, I find it pretty cool

Angels place again

went to China Town for more snacking

bought Emperor's puffs! The line is incredibly long too

kyaa look at these delish puffs

oozing out custard

later on for more snacking, I bought Hot Star while Cim and Jopil went to Myers.

Then we all went back to UNSW for Friday Fellowship together with Caro this time as she has just finished her work.  In the bus there was a super weird incident again. So there was this guy sitting in front of me and Ci Lily. He looked a bit annoyed with the noisy environment happening at that moment. Cim and Caro were sitting at the opposite isle and Ci Lily and I could tell that every time these two girls talked, this guy started to turn his head around and looked at them. Up till the point when Ci Lily and I started talking that he suddenly turned his head around and stared at me. I smiled at him and he just stared at me as if he was holding a grudge or something. Oh well.. weird...

There was a game show where the points don't really matter (such a Whose Line is it anyway phrase) called The Bored Games; where we take out the bored out of Board Games. It was hosted by Charles and it was quite unexpectedly FUN!

There were two groups, first of was the Boo-ers. I came up with the name. Such a lame one and I acknowledge that. This was just because of time pressure. While the other team was called Old Gold which was come up by Cim. LOL.

building a tower with just pasta and banana
Old Gold wins this round

Boo-ers' tower

another run which we won was to put the most spaghetti rods on a
teammate's hair!

LOL!

last but not least,
The Lightning Round
each team has to take a selfie with a duck face out in the mainwalk.
look at the blurry photo i took.
Well, in the end Old Gold victors but it was an awesome game and afterwards there was a question and answer session in which we could ask anything about religion and Christianity to Charles.
