It Takes Blood, Sweat, Tears, Innovation

At long last, I have submitted my English Research Essay. It's as if a heavy burden has been lifted off. No more staying up late to do essays! I can breathe now and even focus on my other subjects.

Today, same old same old, went to school up till 4 o'clock. What's different today was that there was a representative straight from the Faculty of Engineering from UNSW, Brady Hall. He gave us a presentation introducing us about engineering. It was overall pretty cool demo. He even brought a dog robot with him. But unfortunately, none of us could touch it. LOL.

After reaching home, I watched Friends. I've finished Season 8 today! 2 more seasons to go! HAHA.

I opened Facebook, and Derrick, sent me this image link of Disney's Maleficent! I am truly excited for this movie to be released on theaters during March 2014! 

What's so special about this movie is that the story of Sleeping Beauty is told from the point of view of Maleficent. This would definitely thrill watchers! Because most of us would have no idea what Maleficent's background is. Moreover, Angelina Jolie played as Maleficent!

Lastly, I have gotten some revision books to prepare myself for the upcoming examinations! I am really hoping that I can excel in my studies. Amen.

Research Essay

I'm presently doing my Research Essay 1st draft on "Is the Internet Eroding Social Contact". Frankly, it has been hours and I haven't completed it. It's harder than what I had thought it would be. I'm writing an argumentative essay and I'm down to my last point right now! So basically, I have about 2 more paragraphs before I could kiss my 1st draft goodbye. To lighten up the situation, and also keeping myself alive, I put on Depapepe songs that I have downloaded days ago. But I guess, my brain is starting to be lemod right now. That's why I'm blogging this instead of continuing on my essay.

Regardless, I really envy my WMU friends right now. They have just finished their 3rd semester! This means that they're just enjoying their days off before they set foot to USA. While, I still got like 2 more stressful months at Uniprep. Not to mention, I have less than 30 days before final exam! TIME TO PANIC! It's already the month of October. How time swifts by.

Hello Sir

Today, I came across my WMU computer teacher, Sir Josep, in the bus! It was really surprising to see him in Indonesia. I thought he was still in Aussie. LOL. It appears that he doesn't work at WMU anymore. He's now working himself at Gajamada. We chatted for a while in the bus! HAHAH.. Really fancy meeting him there.

Helen's Birthday

Today is Helen's birthday! There is cake! Yey! I love cakes! Especially from D'bacio bakery! The cream is just amazing! Pistachio chocolate cake. But I can't seem to taste any chocolate from the cake. Not sure if the  name of the cake has chocolate in it .

At the bus stop, I met Ci Lisda! Then we went home together! We chatted a lot in the bus. And what used to be a very long tiring ride home has changed into an exciting short trip back home. 

Anyway, can't wait for tomorrow! Going to watch The Bourne Legacy starring Jeremy Renner aka Hawkeye from The Avengers! Man, how I wish that there is no lab tomorrow. Too lazy having to wake up so early in the morning to escape the 3in1 thingy on the road. --"

Madagascar 15.6.12

Sorry for the super late post on this one. I should have posted this days ago as soon as I got back from the hangout location. LOL. So, after school on Friday, I went straight to PI. I waited for my sisters and friend there as I was the first one to reach there. This outing was kinda unexpected though. So it was really unplanned well. Anyway, that day I got to meet up with William who just came back from LA for summer.

I waited there for an hour at Aksara. I hung out at the Children Corner as there was a chair there. Btw, I saw this map which cost really expensive for just a map. However, this was no ordinary map. This map was crumpled and it was super light and I think if I was not mistaken it was waterproof.

I grabbed a novel in the Children Corner. I read Goddess Girls and Big Nate. Big Nate was really funny. It was a bit similar to Diary of a Wimpy Kid. But Diary of a Wimpy Kid is much better. But this ain't bad :) 

I still haven't decoded the encrypted data yet. All I got was "Gina is a Pain"

 After one hour had passed, William arrived! So me and William went around to grab something to drink. We drank Addictea! I met the same seller again. We talked. And we also checked the time schedule for a movie.

Then after a while, my sisters arrived. Then we went to Sushi Tei. Whoah, it had been a while since I ate sushi there :) It was delicious!

And then Stella came!

Done with filling sushi into out stomachs, we went to the cinema! It seems that William had to go to home faster than expected. He needed to pack for his things to Makassar. So he did not watch the movie with us. 

Madagascar!

 Madagascar 3 is really hilarious! I was laughing out loud in the theater. Apparently, all viewers were pretty much amused with the movie too. Also, great song selection! EPIC!

Anyway, we still got an hour to spare before the movie started. So we strolled around the mall once more. Oh yeah we took a view pictures on the cardboard box poster of Madagascar and Brave!

We chatted some more there. LOL. 

So after that we went back to XXI, bought popcorn and talked some more after departing. Then we departed with William and went into the theater. :)

WMU Reunion

So yesterday I met up with some of WMU students. Some of them could not make it though but no worries there will be Reunion part 2 later in June. And I am really looking forward to people having the time to attend! 

We met at Grand Indonesia at the Skybridge. I came late though but there were a few more later than me. LOL. After gathering there we waited a few more minutes to wait for the others to appear but unfortunately my stomach was hungry and could not wait any longer. So we went to Sushi Groove.

after sushi groove we went to PI, to watch! We watched Dark Shadows! Can't believe I have watched Dark Shadows for two times. This is utterly beyond expectation. After buying the tickets, stella and I accompanied Danella eat. Before then, she decided to go to the ATM machine and guess what we found ! We found the Avengers posters!
