obsessive compulsive CRAZY life

Friday the 13th that marks the freedom of my mid semester burden this semester! I had my anatomy spot test today. It was freaking different from what I was expecting! I was aiming high at first but by the look of the spot test today, a pass is a definite enough for me. I just need a pass man. This worths 25% of the whole course mark and once you went blank on something, it's not going to come back. This test is not some sort of test that you could goof up some jumble-up words and get away with a point. As I said before, once your mind gone, it ain't coming back.

I know I have been missing too long from this "pudding" part of my world but as you know I have been hitting the books! And as you see, that picture above is the epitome of all the stressful events that have been happening lately. From tests to mobile providers. You should see my current state of bedroom. It's a mess and I don't know where to start tidying up.

Anyway, I promise I'll update soon! So catch you all later!

In case you're wondering about the epic title. It's a phrase from a song obsessive compulsive crazy love, but then I changed the love to life. That's how random I could get now. Gonna hit the shower, and see you in an hour time for more blog posts!

Hot Pot and Indonesian Cultural Workshop

Woke up so late today at 9-ish. And I still couldn't believe myself that someone intercom-ed me ! Apparently there was a delivery for me from ebay once more. Bought orange macbook case. The cutest thing ever. I had no idea why I would fall for orange colour. Anyway, I answered the mail girl still wearing pyjamas, uncombed hair, unwashed face. Students were practically looking at how messed up I was when I answered and attained the item downstairs.

Later on in the afternoon, there were guests coming!

Sheila, Vira and Andrian came over to have steamboat! Cim bought the frozen steamboat balls the other day and it was superb!

Vira and Cim, cooking

voila

you might not believe this but he actually painted two of his finger nails.

five bowls of steamy hot pot.
Took photos before digging in..

After lunch, went to the Roundhouse for an Indonesian Cultural Workshop with these bunch of guys plus Bunga and Della. It was smaller than expected, I have never been to the inside of Roundhouse before and the inside is basically round, no wonder it's called the roundhouse. The event was located inside of one of the rooms.

The workshop was amazing enough! Got 2 indomie from a lucky draw! I got the lucky draw coupons from learning to play the traditional instrument. Learned and played Gundul-gundul pacucul. I am not sure if that is the right spelling. But it's a pretty simple Indonesian song.

Cim, Vira and I didn't stay for long in the workshop, went back to the terrace and there was a free sample from a new opening shop called Jumma near the Uniterrace and IGA.

some kind of green rice i suppose. it tasted good.
Then we wandered around the Uniterrace from the uppest floor to kill time.

why did i look like wearing stockings. I wore leggings you know.. err.. awkward.
That's most of what I did today. Not to forget! Went to Bible study! I have been looking forward towards this for the whole week. And to my surprise, it is not only me who has been psyched about bible study, Raymond too!

Steamboat at Ci Icing's Place

Another day of helping cim unpacking the stuffs I helped her packing some days ago. Before going to Ci Icing's place, I had an impromptu consultation with my advisor, Pia. It was supposed to be on Friday but she has family matter then. I postponed it today as I would not know whether I would be available any other day.

It was a rainy day. The gush of the wind felt piercing right through my skin. I could feel my rose cheeks being stung by the sharpness of the wind.

Consultation went well and I even asked Pia for an under 18 application leave form.

Another thing I would add to this post so that I could cherish the memory spent on living in Uniterrace is that there were 2 fire alarms that day! Fire alarms are the worst thing ever! The alarm sound was annoying and every time after an alarm went off, it would turn out that there was no fire at all.

I had experienced a total of 6 fire alarm evacuations on campus.

Anyway, later on in the evening, we went to shop for enoki mushroom and bai cai for Ci Icing's hotpot!

Cim rinsing the vegetables

the steamy meatballs/fish cakes.

Ci Icing stirring the pot

there was a capjae-like noodle

voila! steamboat ala Ci Icing and Cim
I was completely stuffed eating two bowls of steamboat! I was a pig.

It was time to wash the dishes. I did the dishes as an exchange for dinner. hehehe..

We talked and took photos with photobooth.

it was a bit dark.
Girls talk is always the best.. Teehee.. :3
