Valentine's Day

It is the 14th day of second month of the year and you know what it is, it's Valentine's Day. Today Dennise picked Vivi and I up and we headed to her place to bake cupcakes!

We talked a lot and more time to catch up on another again! What a great day. Surely was a fun valentine's day.

Christmas Brownies

Cim decided to bake some brownies before going back to Indonesia. Merry early Christmas everyone!

Cake-in-a-mug-ish

At midnight, got a whatsapp text from Laura about a simple recipe cake-in-a-mug. I think it might be a brownie in a mug. Well either which. This inspired Grace and I to try it out in the middle of the night. Both of us took a break from studying and made it.

The brownie didn't taste so good. It tasted too dry. 

We made 3 attempts on trying. The last one was probably the best. But I didn't get to take a photo of it, because my phone was dead and so was my digital camera batteries. Great. But the ice cream on top just covered all the brownie mixture. The ice cream was truly the hero of the sort-of-dessert product. 

Red Velvet

Woke up pretty late today at about noon and went to grocery shopping! It was extremely sunny today.

After shopping, went to Kevin's place for BBQ.

We were baking Red Velvet today!

Our tummies felt a little bloated after finishing dinner, so we decided to go for a night walk to the park.
It was incredibly dark at night. What an eerie atmosphere! During our way back, we exchanged some creepy stories that just worsen the whole situation and I chickened out.

Upon arriving, we started on the dessert! Along with sipping a relaxing cup of green tea.

SUCCESS 

The red velvet is too good to be true! Can't stop taking a nibble out of it! I even took some home. It was a great and tiring day!
